自2008年11月20日起，，，，，，锂离子蓄电池列入NSPs的管控规模。。。。即能量密度凌驾400 Wh/L的二次锂离子蓄电池（用于移动装备、桌上条记本等）。。。。下列锂离子电池除外：
A:用于医疗装备、工业装备和汽车类的锂离子电池；；
B:用焊接或其他方法牢靠到产品上不可容易移出的电池；；
C:特殊结构的电池
