凭证阿联酋RoHS规则, 列入RoHS管制规模的产品必需持有ECAS RoHS切合性证书才可以进入阿联酋市场。 。。。。。
由于近期申请阿联酋ECAS RoHS 认证的数目激增，，阿联酋管制机构ESMA刚宣布暂时认证计划，， 克日起至2019年12月31日前，，ECAS RoHS证书可以仅基于阿联酋外地入口商或署理商签署的RoHS 切合性声明签发，，不需要提供RoHS测试报告。 。。。。。暂时计划适用于以下产品种别：
1. Large household appliances
2. Small household appliances
3. IT and Telecommunication equipment
4. Consumer equipment
5. Lighting equipment
6. Electrical and electronic tools (with the exception of large-scale stationary industrial tools)
7. Toys leisure and sport equipment
8. Medical devices (with the exception of all implanted and infected products)
9. Monitoring and control instruments including industrial monitoring and control instrument
10. Automatic dispensers
11. Other EEE not covered by any of the categories above or, and falling within the definition of Article one.
声明需涵盖的10项有害物质如下：
1. Lead(Pb)
2. Mercury(Hg)
3. Cadmium(Cd)
4. Hexavalent chromium(Vi)
5. Polybrominated biphenyls (PBB)
6. Polybrominated biphenyl ethers (PBDE)
7. Bis(2-ethyhexyl) phthalate(DEHP)
8. Butyl benzyl phthalate(BBP)
9. Dibutyl phthalate (DBP)
10. Diisobutyl phthalate (DIBP)
2019年12月31日之后将不可接纳暂时计划，，需要基于RoHS报告申请新的证书。 。。。。。
